Our Quality Control examines very closely every foam material batch produced and checks it in the in-house laboratory for physical characteristics. Thus we can ensure at any point, that the desired goods leave our establishment in perfect condition.
The “Oekotex Standard 100” certificate, product class I, as well as the “LGA Toxic Substances” certificate from Rhineland TÜV guarantee you, that our foams in relation to potential harmful substances are not injurious to health. Our foam materials are regularly checked against these guidelines.
The STeP certificate by Oeko-Tex gives us the opportunity to to share our demanding requirements in the areas of chemical management, environmental performance and management, social responsibility, quality management, health and safety openly and measurably.
